Toy pan set in metal - 23 pieces with hanging rack

Description

This pan set is a toy and not cookware: 23 pieces in shiny metal, as the red roundel on the box indicates. You will find pans with lids, a steamer insert with holes, two cups with matching saucers and an arched rack for the kitchen utensils to hang from.

Hanging from that rack are a skimmer, a whisk, a ladle, a masher and a slotted spatula, all in the same metal. Also in the box is a red and white checked pot holder with a matching coaster.

Children play chef with this: ladling out soup, lifting lids, setting the table for the soft toys. Metal sounds and feels different from plastic toy pans, and after playing everything hangs neatly back on the rack. The box adds 'stainless steel series' and an age marking from 3 years.

A present for a child who already has a play kitchen, or the beginning of one.
