Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Funables is a trading name of Madd Trading BV, De Linde 92, 8310 Bruges, Belgium. VAT BE 0774.296.857, RPR Gent, afdeling Brugge. You can reach us at klantenservice@funables.eu.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through this webshop. You accept them when you complete your order.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, but not shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately in your basket before you pay. Obvious mistakes and typing errors do not bind us.

4. Order and contract

The contract is formed as soon as we confirm your order. We may refuse an order when an item is no longer available; you will then be told and, if you have already paid, refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment service provider, Mollie. We only ship your order once the payment has been confirmed, and you receive an order confirmation by email at that point.

6. Delivery

We deliver in Belgium. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines; they are described on the Shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. The conditions and the procedure are on the Returns page.

8. Guarantee

The statutory guarantee on consumer goods applies. Contact us if a product is defective; we will look for a solution together.

9. Disputes

This contract is governed by Belgian law. If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can turn free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 Bte 1, 1000 Bruxelles — consumerombudsman.be), or to the competent Belgian court.
