City bus 1:16 with light and sound - 28.5 cm, doors open

Description

The packaging calls it the Traffic Bus, from the 1:16 City Bus Series: a route bus in yellow, white and green with see-through windows, mirrors and a stripe design along the side.

There's more to it than rolling along. The side doors open and close by hand, so passengers can get on and off. Buttons on the roof control light and sound: press them and the windows light up while music and sound play. And there's no winding it up — push the bus forward and it keeps going on its own momentum, what the packaging calls the 'inertial function'.

According to the packaging, the bus measures 28.5 x 6.5 x 9 cm and comes in a window box measuring 33 x 9.5 x 13.5 cm. No age is stated on the packaging image, so none is given here.

At nearly thirty centimetres, this is a bus with some size to it: big enough for two children to sit around, yet it still fits in a toy box.
