LEGO Botanical Collection - Bonsai Tree 10281

Description

LEGO Botanical Collection Bonsai Tree 10281 is a building set that lets you assemble a lifelike bonsai tree from LEGO bricks. The box contains all the parts for the trunk, roots, a rectangular pot with pebbles and a slender wood-look stand, plus two sets of foliage: classic green leaves and pink cherry blossom.

The building itself is much of the fun: you shape the curved trunk and its branches the way real bonsai art does, then assemble the leaf sprigs yourself. Once finished, you can easily swap between the green and pink crowns to give the tree a different seasonal look, and a small hidden frog detail is worked into the blossom leaves.

The finished model is about 18 cm tall, 21 cm long and 20 cm wide, and contains 878 pieces. The packaging carries an age rating of 18+.

Thanks to its calm, detailed build process and decorative result, this makes a great gift for adult LEGO fans, plant lovers, or anyone who enjoys building with bricks and wants an atmospheric piece for a desk or shelf.
