Clementoni Mon Atelier de Mécanique - Fire Truck, 5 Models

Description

Mon Atelier de Mécanique - Camion de Pompier comes from Clementoni's Science & Jeu construction range. You screw beams, gearwheels and wheels together into a fire engine with a long ladder on the rear deck, and the box holds an electric motor that drives the model.

The same parts build four more vehicles. The box states five models in total and shows them on the side flap. Taking it apart and starting over is part of the deal, because that is exactly what a mechanics workshop is for.

Clementoni adds three words to it: design, dexterity and ingenuity. In practice that comes down to screwing, trying things out, and taking apart something that will not turn to see where the gearwheel was jamming. The box gives the age as 8+.

A set for children who like tinkering and will take the time for a build that is not finished in ten minutes. Also a good gift for someone already busy with construction toys and ready for something with a motor in it.
