Description

A wooden puzzle on a square board of 29 x 29 cm, 2.5 cm thick. The pieces sit in cut-out recesses in the board and each one has a round wooden knob, so a small hand can pick it up without having to prise it out.

The design in the photo is a garden scene: a dragonfly, a bee, a butterfly, a flower, a grasshopper, a ladybird and a snail, against a background of sun, clouds, grass and daisies. Each piece fits one recess only, so the hunt is a matter of shape and there is a single way to complete the board.

This puzzle is supplied assorted. The range holds several scenes and one of them arrives, with no choice made in advance. The size and the woodwork stay the same; only the picture differs.

A classic first puzzle to give as a present, or simply to keep in the cupboard for a rainy afternoon. The board holds the pieces together, so nothing goes astray straight away.
