Kid's Harmony xylophone - 8 metal bars and wooden mallet

Description

Eight metal bars lie on a frame of pale wood: blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, white and blue again. The note name is pressed into each bar — C, D, E, F, G, A, B and C again — so that colour, letter and pitch belong together.

Strike, listen, strike again: that is where it begins. The wooden mallet has a round head and sits well in a small hand. With the eight song cards your child plays familiar tunes by following the letters; anyone who cannot read yet simply goes by the colours.

The packaging holds the xylophone, one wooden mallet and eight song cards. The box states 3+.

A fine first instrument to give a preschooler who wants to touch everything and, above all, to hear how it sounds. The wood and the screwed-down bars make it an instrument that can stay out on the table.
