Toy vegetables in a net bag - plastic vegetables from 3 years

Description

This is a net bag of toy vegetables in coloured plastic, sold the way real vegetables are displayed in a shop: in a net with a cardboard hang tag attached. The net contains potatoes, red and green peppers, tomatoes and an aubergine, among others.

The pieces are life-size and fully shaped, so they roll and stack like the real thing. They suit a play kitchen, a toy shop or a market stall setup: displaying, weighing, ringing up, placing in a basket and unpacking again.

For young children this doubles as sorting practice — by colour, by shape, by big and small — and a way to learn the names of vegetables during play. The hang tag states that the toy is not intended for children under 3 years.

A simple, affordable gift to add to an existing play kitchen. Note: this is a plastic toy, not food.
