LEGO City Switch Tracks 60238 - left and right track switches

Description

LEGO City Switch Tracks (60238) is an expansion set for the LEGO train system. The box contains 4 curved track pieces, a left-facing switch track and a right-facing switch track, which let you split or merge an existing train line.

Children build the track sections themselves and use the switches to decide which line the train follows, creating their own routes and crossings on the play mat or floor. The set connects to the familiar LEGO City train tracks and can be combined with other train sets in the range.

The box states an age range of 5 to 12 years. The number of parts is limited, making this an ideal way for a parent or grandparent to extend an existing train layout together with a child without having to buy a whole new set.

A nice gift for children who already have a LEGO City train layout and want to add switches for more play possibilities.
