Goliath Nexcube Battle Pack - 2 speedcubes and timer

Description

The Nexcube Battle Pack - which Goliath itself also calls the Competition Pack - holds two Nexcube 3x3 cubes and one Nexcube timer. So there is no taking turns: two players each pick up a cube and start at the same moment.

Each cube counts 54 squares in six colours. There are no stickers on them; the colour is in the plastic itself, which also rules out quietly swapping a square around. Under the centre squares sits a screw with which you adjust the tension face by face, so the cube turns exactly as light or as stiff as you want.

The timer keeps the time, and with the NexCube app you set up a head-to-head contest with it and put both times side by side. According to the manufacturer the set is meant from 8 years, and you can also practise with it on your own.

A present for someone who has already solved the cube and now mostly wants to be faster, or for two housemates or classmates who like challenging each other.
