Taj Mahal puzzle with reflecting pool - 1000 pieces

Description

This puzzle has 1000 pieces and belongs to the Landmarks Collection by WOW Games, a series built around well-known buildings. The box carries a gold-coloured seal reading 'Puzzle - Special Edition'. The image is the Taj Mahal at Agra, photographed across the long reflecting pool, with the white dome and the four minarets against a blue sky.

A thousand pieces is worth several evenings of work. The dome, the arches and the row of cypresses along the water give you something to start from; the sky and the water you keep for later. It is a puzzle that shares well: one person lays the edge while the other sorts by colour.

The box measures 29.8 x 29.7 x 5.1 cm and weighs 0.61 kg - square and flat, so easy to stack or to wrap.

A calm gift for anyone who likes working at one puzzle for a long time, or for someone with a soft spot for travel and architecture.
