Trevi Fountain puzzle 1000 pieces - WOW Games Landmarks

Description

A 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle from the Landmarks Collection by WOW Games, issued as a Special Edition. The image is the Trevi Fountain in Rome, shot head-on: the full palazzo facade with its columns and niches, the sculpture group with Oceanus and the horses, and below it the basin with its turquoise water.

This picture behaves differently from a landscape. The facade is full of repetition, so here you work mainly by shape and by the small differences in the pale stone. The water at the bottom and the sky at the top are the two expanses best kept for last.

The box carries the line 1000 PIECE JIGSAW PUZZLE. It is square and flat, in the same format as the other titles in the series, so they line up neatly in the cupboard.

A good choice for anyone fond of architecture or who knows Rome, and a gift for someone who likes to puzzle: the series is recognisable and the image reads clearly at a glance.
