Toy saxophone - plastic, with 8 coloured keys

Description

This toy saxophone is moulded in plastic and finished in a silver chrome look, complete with bell, curved neck and a purple mouthpiece. Eight coloured keys run down the side: blue, purple, red and green at the top, orange, magenta, yellow and blue below.

The colours are what make the game: instead of notes you call out an order of colours, and your child presses them in turn while blowing. Blowing and pressing a key at the same time takes a bit of practice, and that practice is exactly the point.

Expect the sound of a toy, not that of a real saxophone. The instrument is light enough to hold upright while your child walks around, and the shape is unmistakable enough to start a band with straight away.

It fits in a birthday parcel alongside the matching toy trumpet, or on its own for a child who already drums on everything in the house.
