Privacy policy

Madd Trading BV, trading as Funables (De Linde 92, 8310 Bruges, Belgium, VAT BE 0774.296.857), is responsible for processing your personal data on this webshop.

What data, and why

  • Order data — your name, email address, delivery address, and your phone number if you give it. We also record which version of the terms you accepted and whether you want the newsletter. We need these to process your order, ship it and be able to talk to you about it afterwards.
  • Account data — your name, email address and password if you create an account, and the addresses you save in it. We do not store your password itself, only a hash of it: a code from which the password cannot be recovered, so we cannot read it either.
  • Payment data — we do not see or store your card or bank details ourselves. Payment is handled by our payment service provider, Mollie, which processes them on our behalf. Once your payment is confirmed we email you an order confirmation.
  • Newsletter — if you sign up, we keep your email address, your language, when you signed up and where. We use them only to send you the newsletter. To stop receiving it, email klantenservice@funables.eu.
  • Contact form — your name, email address, the subject, your order number if you give it, and your message. We forward your message by email to our customer service to answer your question; the webshop itself does not store it.
  • Technical data — the information your browser sends, so that the webshop works and stays secure.

Who else sees your data

Only the parties needed to carry out your order, such as the carrier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for as long as accounting law requires. Your account exists until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and you can object to its processing. Where you gave consent, such as for the newsletter, you can withdraw it at any time. Email klantenservice@funables.eu to do so. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
