Shipping

We ship all orders from Bruges, within Belgium.

Delivery time

Order on a working day before 14:00 and your parcel leaves the same day. In Belgium it usually reaches you the next working day. Ordered after 14:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday, it leaves on the next working day.

In busy periods — Saint Nicholas and the end-of-year season — it can take longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €4.99. From €49.00 we ship free of charge. The amount that applies to your order is always shown in your basket before you pay.

Track & trace

As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with the tracking information, as far as our carrier provides it.

Check your address details carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel that is already on its way.
