Playgo Splashy Quacky Family - mother duck with 3 ducklings

Description

Four yellow ducks for the bath: a big mother duck and three small ones that fit beside and on top of her. They are made of soft plastic and they float, so they bob about for as long as the bath water is moving.

For a baby this is mostly looking and grabbing. Going after the duck that is just drifting off, lifting it out, letting go again, pushing it under and seeing it come back up. Playgo puts three icons on the side of the box — sight, touch and dexterity — and that covers exactly what happens in the bath.

Later they become characters. The mother duck takes the little ones on her back, they line up largest to smallest, they disappear under the foam. The set moves effortlessly from the baby bath to the big one. The packaging says 6m+ and item number 1857.

A gift small enough to add to something else, and one that goes on swimming around the bathroom long after the first bath.
