Pioupiou & Merveilles Gaston - white light-up teddy bear

Description

Gaston is the Pioupiou & Merveilles bear, here in the white version. The inner ears and the foot pads are lime green, and one foot pad carries the brand name in embroidery. The eyes, the nose and the mouth are embroidered too. He sits upright with his legs out in front - the pose a child naturally leans into.

He comes from the brand's range of light-up soft toys: an ordinary teddy bear to haul around by day, a soft light beside the pillow at night. It is the same Gaston the brand makes in various sizes and versions, from a mini to slip into a bag to giant bears of eighty centimetres and more.

One thing to read carefully before ordering: this is the light-up Gaston, not the version with a star projector and melodies. That is a separate article from the same brand with the same bear, and the difference is not in the looks. If you are after music and a starry ceiling, choose that other reference deliberately.

A teddy bear with a light is a classic present for a child's room, and the kind of thing that simply stays in the bed for years afterwards.
