10470 3 in 1 Modern Family House with Figures

Description

The LEGO DUPLO Town 3-in-1 Modern House with Figures (10470) is a building set with 166 pieces for children from 2 years. With the same bricks you build three different models: a one-storey apartment or a dolls' house with 3 or 5 storeys. The five-storey house has a roof garden with a lounger and an insect hotel.

The set includes 4 figures: two parents, a toddler and a baby. The house has, among other things, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. You will find accessories such as a fridge, a toilet, a washbasin, a pram and a baby bottle. There are also a shower, a mirror, toothbrushes, bread and juice.

With the figures, children act out a family's day and can open the windows and doors of the house. The main model is about 36 cm tall, 49 cm wide and 33 cm deep.
