Beach set with boat - 6 pieces, watering can, rake, spade, moulds

Description

This beach set counts six pieces and the boat is the largest of them. A plastic hull in green and yellow, with an orange wheelhouse on top and blue life rings along the side. The boat does double duty: the five other pieces fit inside it, so the whole set goes outside in one trip.

You also get a watering can, a rake, a spade and two sand moulds - one shaped as a hand, the other as a foot. Enough to dig a channel, fetch water and stamp a row of hand and foot prints along the water's edge.

Everything is made in coloured plastic. The set works just as well in the sandpit behind the house as on the beach, and the boat on its own stays a boat to play with, loaded with sand and pushed over the edge of the sandpit.

A manageable gift for the first warm days, or something to put at the back of the boot for the summer holidays.
