Playgo Perfect Brew - toy coffee machine with pods

Description

On the box this article is called 'Perfect Brew Coffee Machine' (Playgo, number 3148). It is a coffee machine in miniature, red with a blue top, and it belongs with the play kitchen: a cup and coffee pods to load come with the machine.

The packaging shows step by step how it goes. The blue lid on top opens, the child puts a pod inside, snaps it shut again and presses the red button. Then the brewing sounds come - exactly the detail preschoolers ask for over and over.

It all happens through imagination: this is pretend play, not an appliance that makes real coffee. The whole thing is plastic, measures 21.6 × 20.3 × 12.3 cm and weighs 0.64 kg. The box carries an age marking from 3 years.

A lovely present for a preschooler who likes to make 'coffee' in the morning for everyone who drops by, and one of those toys that quietly finds a permanent spot in a play kitchen that is already there.
