Metal tea set - 15 pieces in a round carry case

Description

A tea set for children, made in metal rather than plastic, with fifteen pieces. The window in the box shows straight away what is inside: a teapot with a lid and a curved spout, a sugar bowl with a lid, and plates and cups with and without handles.

Everything carries the same pattern: pink, red and blue flowers, round flower heads and small birds on a cream-white ground, finished with a pink rim. The metal gives the set a classic look.

With fifteen pieces a child can lay a table for several guests: cuddly toys, dolls, a brother or sister, a grandparent. Pouring the tea, handing round the biscuits, taking orders and serving everyone properly is half the game.

The round case with its handle doubles as the storage box, so everything goes back in one place after play. The box prints 3+ years.
