Illuminated globe cities day and night - 25 cm

Description

On a shiny silver-coloured base with a bracket stands a sphere of 25 cm across. Off, it is a political world map: countries in separate colours, with the borders and the place names on them.

The charm is in the bulb. Switch it on and the picture tilts to the earth by night, with the cities lighting up across the continents. Two maps in the same sphere, then, depending on whether the light is on or off.

The globe turns on its axis in the bracket. It runs on mains power at 220-240 V and takes an E14 bulb of at most 2 watts. The box states 7+.

Useful for geography homework and a quiet point of light in the room in the evening. A present that stays on the shelf for years, long after the geography lessons are over.
