Didak Hobbykite Box - build and decorate your own kite

Description

Didak Hobbykite Box is a kite-building kit that lets you assemble and paint your own kite before flying it. The elongated box contains everything needed: a 2 mm fiberglass frame, a white Tyvek sail, 30 metres of nylon flying line and crayons to decorate the sail as you like.

It's a genuine do-it-yourself activity: first assemble the frame and attach the sail, then add the drawing or colours that make it your own kite. That way every kite turns out different, depending on what's drawn on it.

The finished kite is a single-line kite measuring 65 x 50 cm and flies in wind force 2 to 5 Beaufort, so even a moderate breeze is enough. The box itself is narrow and elongated, so the frame can stay flat-packed.

A fun gift for children from 4 years who enjoy crafting and then playing outside: first get creative with crayons, then head outdoors to fly the kite you made yourself.
