Jan van Haasteren Junior The Snowman - 150 pieces

Description

The Snowman is part 10 of Jan van Haasteren Junior, Jumbo's children's range alongside the well-known comic puzzles. The scene is set in a snow-covered park: the snowman gets a top hat and a carrot nose, a long red-and-yellow scarf snakes right across the picture, and the dalmatian mostly wants to join in.

At 150 pieces this is the entry size of the range. Your child lays the border first, then gathers the big white and blue areas, and picks up the details along the way: the sledge in the snow, the bird on the fence and the shark fin, Jan van Haasteren's standing gag.

The box shows 5+. Within the Junior range the piece count climbs from 150 through 240 to 360, so a child can work up to harder puzzles step by step.

A fine first 'big' puzzle for anyone who has outgrown the chunky pre-school ones, and a good choice as a winter or Christmas present.
