Description

Kubb - Didak Play is a wooden outdoor game, also known as "jeu finlandais" or Viking chess, with a set of solid wooden pieces: a king with a crowned top, a series of blocks (the kubbs) and wooden throwing sticks.

The game is played in two teams on grass or sand. Taking turns, players throw the sticks at the opposing team's kubbs to knock them down; whoever also knocks down the king first wins. It's an active throwing game centred on aiming and teamwork.

The box states an age from 8 years, for 2 or more players, and notes that the game is suitable for outdoor play in any weather. The king, the tallest piece in the set, measures approximately 28 x 7.8 x 7.8 cm; all pieces are made of wood.
