LEGO Friends 42669 - beekeeper's house with flower garden

Description

LEGO Friends Beekeeper's House with Flower Garden (set 42669) is a 1,161-piece building set that combines a small house with a beekeeping setup and a garden full of flowers, vegetables and a small vegetable patch. The house has a fold-open front, a chimney, a bay window with a rounded top and a terrace with steps so every detail is reachable.

The set includes minifigures, among them a beekeeper in a white protective suit, and animal figures such as a rabbit and a cat. Kids first build the house, the beehive and the blossoming tree, then can make up their own stories: watering flowers, harvesting vegetables in the garden, or "collecting" honey at the beehive.

The box states an age of 12 years and up, matching the piece count and building techniques used in this LEGO Friends set. Loose elements such as flowers, a birdhouse and accessories complete the scene.

A nice gift for LEGO Friends fans or anyone who enjoys building sets with a garden and nature theme, and a set that also looks good on display after building, ready to keep playing with.
