Plush rocking horse - wooden rockers, saddle and stirrups

Description

This rocking horse has a coat of soft light-brown plush, with a white blaze down the nose, a dark mane and tail and brown socks above the hooves. It stands on two curved rockers of dark lacquered wood.

The horse is turned out like a real riding horse. A brown saddle with an embroidered motif sits on its back, with a metal stirrup on a strap hanging on either side. A buckled halter with reins goes over the nose and head, and a red bandana with a paisley pattern hangs round the neck.

Just behind the neck a crossbar handle sticks out for a child to hold while rocking, and the stirrups give the feet support. The reins and the bandana invite role play: the horse gets a name, it is groomed and it goes out riding.

A classic birthday present, and an eye-catcher in a child's room even at the moments when nobody is rocking on it.
