Happy Burger Shop play set - toy fast food

Description

This play set turns the kitchen table into a 'Happy Burger Shop'. Behind the box window the fast food is laid out ready: a long bun filled with lettuce, cheese and tomato, a portion of fries in a red bag, a burger bun with a meat patty, two heart-shaped waffles on a little plate, two biscuits, a small cup of popcorn, a drink cup with a straw, a pot of tomato ketchup, a wrapped little cake, and a fork and spoon.

The side of the box shows the order in which the burger is built: bread, lettuce, tomato, cheese, meat, vegetables, bread. Children stack the layers themselves, take orders and set a loaded plate on the table. The play gets going fastest when someone joins in pretending to be hungry.

Everything is plastic: it is toy food, not food. The pieces are loose and work well alongside a play kitchen, a toy shop or a doll's tea set already at home.

An affordable gift for anyone who likes playing restaurant, and a set that is easy to top up or split between two children at once.
