Motor Town Beetle red - soft RC car with 4 sounds

Description

The Beetle from the Motor Town range is a remote-controlled toy car for the very youngest. The car is red, carries racing number 33 and has an orange spoiler; the box says 'soft!' in so many words, because the body is soft to the touch.

The remote is shaped like a round steering wheel with a couple of large buttons on it. The packaging says what it does: 'spin and go action'. The box also states 4 sounds and 'vroom vrooom!'.

This is meant as a first introduction to remote-controlled toys: the car drives off, spins around and comes back, and the child works out that the button in their hand has something to do with it.

The box carries the Motor Town brand name from BAT-Y and a 'French design' roundel, with the age marking +18m. A present for a first or second birthday.
